Imec can carry out several mechanical processes on materials which make them suitable to their final use and give them the appearance and the form the customer wants. We also deal with mechanical workings on pieces already done by a customer.

• Blades: AISI 304 stainless steel, 8 mm thick (AISI 316 on request)
• Shaft: square tube, 50 x 50, 6 mm thick, AISI 304 stainless steel (AISI 316 on request)
• Supports: AISI 304 stainless steel (AISI 316 on request) studied for existing tanks or new ones;
• Transmission: variable speed electrical motor (accessory)

Construction of circular or rectangular tanks with bottom and mount for agitator (if required).

• Max dimensions: up to 200 m3
