P355 rings, 3200 mm max diameter, 150 mm thick, rolled and full penetration welded with ultrasound controls. 

Turning by vertical lathe, 3200 mm max diameter, milling with CNC portal cutter or vertical working center.

Drilling by radial drilling machine, max height 2000, with controlled board or CNC boring machine (3000x1800x1500).

 

Rings are made in accordance with specific technical requirements and checked with precision instruments that are adjusted annually by a specialized laboratory.
