Flanges
We make flanges according to the drawing with a plate up to 50 mm thick, maximum section 120 x 150 or made from plasma cutting.
- Max rolling: up to 50 mm thick x 2000 mm height
- Max dimensions: up to 6000 mm diameter
- Material: carbon steel, austenitic steel, martensitic and super alloys
- Welding: TIG, MIG, Submerged arc (with relevant ultrasound controls)
- Turning: up to 3200 mm diameter x 1500 mm height
- Drilling: with a tip up to 100 mm diameter
